Health is more than what you eat, although that is where we typically start. It’s more than adding supplements to your daily regimen or drinking more water. You need to address other areas in your life such as physical activity, sleep hygiene, home environment, relationships, social life, spirituality, mental and emotional attitudes . My job is to help you make lasting changes. As a health coach, I will help you identify your goals and provide the structure and accountability you need to make and maintain these practices to become the best version of yourself.
